I like the idea of this article, but would also argue that the system is not set up in a way that allows everyone to chase their obsessions. Many jobs need to get done that are not necessarily anyone's obsession. Personally my obsession is comedy, but I also have kids. If I chased my obsession 100% it would be to the detriment of my kids, so I've had to find a balance.
