Writing About Medium is the Trick to Making Money on Medium

I’d love it if I could make a living off of just my writing and my comedy. Lately I’ve been making tens of dollars a month off of both, which is encouraging though still not enough to cover my bills yet.

I’ve noticed that my writing that makes the most is the stuff about Medium. This is my highest paid article so far:

At the Rate I’m Going I’ll be Making $3338 a Month from Medium by the End of the Year

Funnily enough, I’ve continued to more than double my earnings each month, largely because of this joke article I wrote about how I was going to double my earnings each month.

I’m not really strategic about topics and just write about whatever is intriguing to me at the time. Most of my articles are not about Medium.

I write about parenting, comedy advice, society in general, starting a YouTube channel, humor, memoir, literary analysis, and money among other things.

But the stuff about Medium always seems to outperform all that.

It makes sense because Medium is the thing that ties us all together.
